How long will a custom pen take to be delivered?
Normally, a custom made pen will be ready within 4 weeks. Some pens may take longer than 4 weeks depending on how long it takes to source the materials.

While it is true that cheaper pens are available, our pens our crafted with the utmost attention to detail. Each pen is scrutinized for defects before it is sent out. You will not be unhappy with the purchase of one of our pens.

No, we do not warranty any of our products. All sales are final. We strive to provide excellent service, so if you have questions or complaints, do not hesitate to let us know.

Why has my pen stopped writing?
If your pen is not writing, replace the ink. If your pen is a fountain pen with an ink cartridge, check if the cartridge is empty. If the ink cartridge is not empty, ink may have dried in the nib, in which case you will need to clean the nib.
