Although our pens are quality crafted and designed for use, like any fine instrument, our pens need proper care.

Pen Care Tips

Store the pen at room temperature away from direct sunlight
When replacing the ink, use only high quality refills
Be sure to keep the clip tight against the pen body, so that the clip does not mar the finish by rubbing against the pen
Never force any moving mechanism on the pen
Ensure that all removable parts of the pen are securely attached when writing
Do not leave a fountain pen uncapped for an extended period of time. This may cause the ink to dry and clog the nib.

To be Noted

While our pens are made with the utmost care, you may notice normal wear if heavily used
If the pen is carried in a pocket, expect wear
The pen is not waterproof
Replacement parts are available for the pen hardware
